    We have had Crystal Springs water delivery for over ayear. They always arrive asexpected and Ihave never had any issues changing the amount ofwater Ineed. Customer Service has responded promptly whenever Ihad aquestion. Our delivery guy isJustin and he's great.

      Abhorrent customer service. Iordered the Aqua Barrista hot/cold water cooler and water delivery. The driver just dumps your order outside, they never ring the doorbell. They never installed mycooler, they never made sure their product worked. Twice they have dumped mycooleroff, and neither time does itwork, because the driver can’t bebothered toring the bell and make sure your product functions before vanishing. Never even picked upthe first one either. Atthis point I’m just collectingfaulty product and can’t use mywater.
      I just want tocancel everything and have them come collect all ofit atthis point. It’s nearly been amonth since wesignedup, and all Iwanted was towake upand have anice coffee with myhusband, butno, instead Iuse the room temp water ina pot and cook/make coffee onthe stove. Somy advice isdon’t sign upor order anything from these people, there isno service inthis water delivery “service”.

          EDIT: Don't bother emailing them ifthey reply toyour review. They still take zero responsibility for their horrible customer service. They donothing but cause you toget more annoyed.
          If itwas possible togive ZERO stars Iwould. Initial appointment was canceled, next one was kept but didn't receive equipment. Customer service was totally unhelpful. After 30minutes she found myorder for equipment and rescheduled for the nextday. The next day Ilook onthe app and see itwas rescheduled ag
          ain with nonotification from anyone. Iwas supposed toget myequipment today. Nosuch luck. Just received anemail that they have delays and will resce. Costco needs toaddress this issue. Looks like I'm not the only one with aterrible experience. DONOY RECOMMEND!!!– show

                We have been customers for the last seven years and have been real happy with our water and delivery service. Unfortunately, due tothe company’s driver shortage wehave not received our delivery for the last 2months. Ihave called 3times inthe last 3weeks and had been promised toreceive adelivery each time which didn’t come. Weare nolonger Crystal Springs customers.

                  If Icould leave nostars Iwould. Crystal Springs has the absolute worst customer service Ihave ever witnessed and Iwould highly recommend you take your business elsewhere. Iam along time Crystal Springs customer, but nomore.
                  I recently had tocancel the card used for payment, but understood the water payment had been covered. Apparently ithad not and unbeknownst tome because Crystal Springs never even attempted tocontactme. Instead they just stopped the delivery ofa 2+ year customer
                  who has never missed apayment, leaving meto just figure out what's going onwhen Isee the empty bottles still there when Iarrived home. Iimmediately got online and saw myaccount had been suspended.
                  The customer service byphone has always been marginal atbest and hold times are always long, but since Iauto pay and handle most stuff online, Ididn't mind the mediocre customer service, but lately the website has been tweaking soI wasn't surprised when the site froze conveniently after ittook mypayment, but before Icould arrange adelivery, so
                  I tried tocall several times, each time holding for 15—30minutes before giving upand sending anemail. After 24hours and getting noemail reply, Icalled again with nooption left but tohold for however long ittook. Thirty minutes later acustomer service rep answered and bythis time I'd had enough and requested our service becanceled. Sadly, Ihad tobe transferred toyet another person tocancel, but after holding for another 10minutes Ashley answered and was able tofinally cancel our service. What anordeal.
                  GOOD RIDDANCE CRYSTAL SPRINGS!!!
                  FYI- Assoon asI got off the phone with Ashley, Icalled Culligan who answered their phone immediately, didn't put meon hold and was able totransfer meto the appropriate person who set usup with service starting next week. That call took 5minutes start tofinish.
                  Crystal Springs, Ihope this serves asa reminder you had better improve your customer service procedures because you aren't the only game intown. Isee bythe comments here you seem tohave quite afew unhappy customers.

                  I decided tobuy awater dispenser this time and actually avoided the Primo Water brand because this experience left such abad vibe when itcomes tobuying Primo orCrystal Springs products.

                    Crystal Springs not only hasn't delivered our scheduled shipments inmonths, ithas charged usfor the deliveries they haven't made, AND customer service has hours long hold time. Ijust gave upafter over anhour onhold and sent anemail. Igot anauto reply saying that their customer service email isno longer incommission and tosend itto another email… Isent itto that emailtoo, but it's now been several hours and Ihighly doubt I'm getting aresponse. Atthis rate I'm going tohave toreport them tothe BBB inorder toget aresponse and our membership canceled. Completely incompetent service.– show

                        I LOVE having bottled water. Crystal Springs water isvery good, and the delivery isoutstanding. I've had zero customer services issues. Highly recommend.

                            They just skip delivery days, tell you anew one when you call, and then not show upfor thatone. When you call tocancel, you are onhold for HOURS sometimes and can't get through. There isno way tocancel service online— leaving you paying for the machine rental for nothing. What inthe world ishappening here!? They tell you tosend adirect message, but give noemail address and the form ontheir website gets you noresponse.

                              Absolutely terrible service. Hold times average 30—45minutes with the longest being 1HOUR and 15MINUTES. They constantly miss deliveries. When wetell them we've been out ofwater for two weeks, they schedule adelivery for the nextday, itshows upon the website, and then don't show upand itdisappears from the website. The say “we'll text the delivery manager and have them get back toyou”. I've heard that 6times inthe last 3months and Inever hear apeep. It's $1/bottle cheaperif you just gobuy ityourself from the local Home Depot…and you can bet you're more reliable than theyare. They are literally one ofthe worst companies I've ever had todeal with for customer service--and Imanage ~45Comcast connections…and you know how miserable they canbe…– show

                                I signed upthrough Costco. Apparently Olympia isan “outlying area”… seems strange that the state capitol with hundreds ofthousands ofpeople isconsidered anoutlying area. Anyway, Ialways receive myregularly scheduled delivery, but ifANY small detail goes wrong they compl

                                etely fail. Iasked for adelivery every 2weeks, they said Ican only get once amonth. Last delivery 2of the bottles had ahole inthe bottle and were leaking. Ok… that’s fine aslong asthey fix the problem. 4phone calls over 2weeks tocustomer service and promises Iwill get anemergency service, nothingyet. They don’t even have the respect tocall back and let you know your not getting service. They just ignoreyou. They are really nice onthe phone, but clearly there isa disconnect between the field offices and customer service because you are promised the world, but get noservice and nofollow-up. Iam now out ofwater. What ajoke. Don’t recommend!– show

                                  No issues atall. Started subscription through Costco. Took aminute tofigure out online ordering but after Igot the hang ofit, service has been great. Nice drivers!

                                    I have noreal complaints. There were acouple unexplained delays indelivery during lockdown, but weird times forall, soforgiven, but 4stars instead of5. Beyond that, we've been very happy with the services they provide.

                                      These guys don't care about their customers. Irun out ofwater and set upa extra delivery date through customer service for today (2/19/21) and I'm ignored. This has happened several times. Email customer service and you don't get aresponse. Call customer service and they email the branch setting upaday, still get ignored and nowater. I'm frustrated and looking atgoing somewhere else. Nice way totreat aCostco member. They should cancel the contract withyou.

                                        Absolutely TERRIBLE! Ican't tell you how many times this company screwed updelivery and myorders. Their customer service isone ofthe worst I've EVER experienced. After months ofbilling errors and poor service Icalled tocancel, negotiating my$60bill due toall the issues, and told them tocome pick upthe dispenser and bottles. They refused tothat then sent meto collections. Costco should drop them!
